By all means - Make it easier to buy WMD in Florida!

I, for one, am simply thrilled that a loaded pistol was not brought to elementary school to harm someone. Gee, let's give the kid's parents some sort of award for creative Show-and-Tell. How many children in Florida have imbeciles for parents who have an unsecured hand gun? What happens if the kid gets really pissed off?

The gun fetishists have made it virtually impossible to control weapons of mass destruction in people's homes. Pandering politicians empower the fetishists.

Police are investigating after a Florida student brought a loaded handgun to his elementary school. According to a spokeswoman, administrators at Dinsmore Elementary School in Jacksonville were notified by another student before classes Friday morning about the gun.

The gun was immediately confiscated. No injuries were reported.
The Florida Times Union reported  that an initial investigation found that the gun was not taken to the school “to do any harm.” The student will receive “appropriate disciplinary action.” Meanwhile, the school district’s police department is investigating.
