- Intellectually curious critical thinkers start with a hypothesis and reach a conclusion based upon evidence. They are not invested in the hypothesis and will willingly go where the evidence takes them. What Christianists do is just the opposite. They start with a conclusion based on their book. Then they employ whatever selective observation is required to support the preordained result.
