Dolan to deliver benediction at Repub Convention

Cardinal Timothy Dolan, who also heads the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, is scheduled to deliver the concluding benediction at the GOP national convention next week. Could we possibly see a clearer sign where the Catholic hierarchy stands on politics?

These bishops continue to act like they are a parallel European aristocracy     right here in America. They will continue to chip away at the Establishment Clause if we allow them to do so.
