Next Week at SCOTUS

On Monday, the Court will conference to determine the first batch of cases that the justices will hear. Among those is Hollingsworth v. Perry, better known as the California Proposition 8 case. Should the court choose not to hear this case, then marriage equality will be immediately re-instituted in California. Should the court choose to hear the case, we should have a decision by June, 2013. We should know by Tuesday.
