ADF asks "Are They Telling the Truth" and then lies

In an email titled Are they telling the truth? Alliance Defending Freedom writes:
Those pushing for same-sex "marriage" claim you won't be affected if marriage is redefined. But that couldn't be further from the truth.
We all know the BS that surely follows:
Redefining marriage radically limits your religious freedom.

You’ll find proof in the stories of countless Christians like you who are already under serious legal assault. From small business owners and Catholic hospitals, to school counselors and students, to chaplains and churches — those who will not promote or condone the redefinition of marriage are being attacked for their biblical beliefs.
These so-called victims created their own problems by violating existing anti-discrimination ordinances usually having nothing to do with marriage equality and usually in states that don't recognize same-sex marriage.
  • Elaine Huguenin, a New Mexico photographer, received death threats and was fined thousands of dollars for declining to use her artistic talents to photograph a same-sex couple’s commitment ceremony.
  • Blaine Adamson, a Kentucky shirt shop owner, is being investigated by the City of Louisville for declining to print t-shirts promoting homosexual behavior.
  • Donald Mendell, a Maine high school guidance counselor, was threatened with losing his career for publicly sharing his belief that same-sex “marriage” would not positively impact the education of Maine’s children.
  • Emily Brooker, a student at Missouri State University, was ordered by her professor to write a letter to the Missouri legislature expressing her support of same-sex adoption.
  • Canyon Ferry Road Baptist Church members were harassed by Montana state officials for taking a stand on marriage.
And we all know what follows the BS:
Gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme
Only God knows the outcome of the Supreme Court's decision. But regardless of what happens, Alliance Defending Freedom and our allies — who are winning nearly 75 percent of our legal battles for marriage — will continue to defend the timeless institution of marriage with the help of your generous support.
The selective observation behind their 75% claim has not been disclosed. Exactly what "legal battles for marriage" have they been engaged in?
