Randy Thomasson trolling for California county clerks to litigate marriage equality

They have had their many days in court but they persist.

Thomasson does his "poor me" routine on (hate group) American Family Association's blog:
Soon after the U.S. Supreme Court handed down its decision against the voter-approved Proposition 8, the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals lifted a stay on homosexual "marriage" in The Golden State, ignoring the 25-day waiting period meant to allow Prop. 8 proponents to ask for another hearing from the U.S. Supreme Court.
One more time for the intellectually impaired. Proponents of Prop 8 are free to request a rehearing by the Court within 25 days. The stay was placed by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. They are free to remove a stay that they put in place. The Court has already rejected a hearing regarding the stay. Randy continues:
What's needed is a lawsuit from a county clerk in any of California's 58 counties -- anybody who is concerned that they will follow the law, anybody who has integrity and who has remembered their oath of office to follow the law, to go with what's going on in the Constitution.
A lawsuit on what basis? To what end other than to waste even more taxpayers' money on a frivolous endeavor? Where's batshit Mat Staver when you need him?
