State of Florida Adoption Event Limited to Conservative Christians

My home state has a continuing problem with the separation of church and state.

John Stemberger's Florida Family Policy Council is promoting an adoption event. Yes, that John Stemberger. FFPC is providing event registration:
Finding Families for Florida’s Waiting Kids

… God has given clear commands for Christians to take care of His orphan children.
[…]
Join Focus on the Family, Florida Department of Children and Families as well as church and adoption leaders from around Florida on Saturday, August 24, 2013 from 10am to 2pm at First Baptist Orlando. You’ll hear more about the kids who are waiting, the process of adoption from foster care and ways to support adoptive families. In addition, agency and county representatives will be on site to answer questions and help you get started.
So what's wrong with this?

This event is not being promoted by the State. It is not even on the DCF event calendar.

Therefore, to be aware of the event, it seems that one has to be a conservative Christian. The State has no business coordinating an event with a Christian organization (Focus on the Family) that results in the exclusion of all others.  Furthermore, this effectively preferences conservative Christians over all other potential adoptive parents.
