Blockhead Bryan's further reactions to Idaho victory for equality

According to the "news" site of the hate group American Family Association, Blockhead Bryan Fischer explains it all for you:
Bryan Fischer
"The reality is that homosexuals already have full marriage equality in all 50 states," he explains, "because they can get married to one adult, non-relative member of the opposite sex just like everybody else – that is full equality under the law.

"So in reality homosexuals do not want equal rights, they want special rights."
Blockhead Bryan is posing the same argument that failed in Loving v. Virginia. It is just rhetorical nonsense. Marrying someone of your choice is a basic human right.

"One of the models of the founding fathers is that rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God," he offers. "Our federal judges now are tyrants. They're out of control, and maybe it's about time for some governor somewhere to obey God by rebelling against these tyrants."
Apparently because federal judges are rendering judgments on due process and equal protection (rights afforded by the U.S. Constitution), that Fischer doesn't like, those judges are "tyrants." Sounds to me like Fischer is looking for "special rights."
Fischer is reminded of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in United States v. Windsor in which the court said that states, not federal judges, define marriage.
Once again that is false by being incomplete. Justice Kennedy clearly wrote that states are free to regulate marriage providing they do not interfere with the constitutional rights of citizens. It's that last part that Blockhead Bryan Fischer and his ilk always seem to forget about.
