After railing for years about "activist judges" NOM commends Alabama supreme court

National Organization for Marriage “Commends Alabama Supreme Court For 7 - 1 Ruling Upholding Traditional Marriage.” Never mind, of course, the whole concept of judicial supremacy — not to mention the establishment clause. Those just inconvenient little details. Moreover, the court didn't “uphold” anything and their decision has absolutely nothing to do with “traditional marriage.” These elected judges pandered to the mob. It's still popular in Alabama to be a anti-gay bigot.
