Federal Appeals Court Upholds NJ Ban on Conversion Therapy

The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia ruled Monday that U.S. District Judge Freda Wolfson was correct when she  rejected the claims of a New Jersey couple who said their constitutional rights were being violated because the law prevents them from seeking treatment for their teenage son.

The case is known as John Doe v. Governor of the State of New  Jersey. The four attorneys representing the couple are all with (anti-gay hate group) Liberty Counsel and include Mat and Anita Staver. The opinion is here.
