My junior senator (Rubio) clarifies his stance against marriage equality

Marco Rubio

Rubio claims that the constitutional argument for marriage equality is “ridiculous.”

David Brody at CBN interviewed Marco Rubio in Iowa on Saturday. When asked about a constitutional right to same-sex marriage, Rubio Said:
It doesn’t exist. There is no federal constitutional right to same sex marriage. There isn’t such a right. You have to have a ridiculous reading of the U.S. constitution to reach the conclusion that people have a right to marry someone of the same sex.
Got it now? Any questions about Rubio and gay rights? Is there any ambiguity?
