Some potentially positive news from South Dakota

South Dakota Gov. Daugaard plans to meet with a group of transgender people on Tuesday. The meeting was organized by the Center for Equality in Sioux Falls. As I detailed on the 17th, the state's GOP controlled legislature has passed a mean-spirited bill that would make South Dakota the first state in the country to require schoolchildren to use bathrooms and locker rooms that correspond to their sex at birth.
