AFA has a new silly boycott

This time it is Target that has pissed off the self-righteous schmucks at the American Family Association. Hate group leader Tim Wildmon is upset that Target welcomes transgender employees and customers. According to Wildmon, in an email to supporters:
The American Family Association is calling for a boycott of Target after the retail giant said it would allow men to use the women's restrooms and dressing rooms in their stores.

No it did not. Target is allowing transgender women to use women's restrooms and dressing rooms. There is a vast difference. Where should Caitlyn pee and where should Caitlyn try on clothes?

On its web site this week, Target announced, "[W]e welcome transgender team members and guests to use the restroom or fitting room facility that corresponds with their gender identity. ...Everyone deserves to feel like they belong."

This means a man can simply say he "feels like a woman today" and enter the women's restroom...even if young girls or women are already in there.
No it does not. People don't wake up and decide to identify as the opposite sex by mid-morning. Transgender people have years of counseling and medical intervention.

Target's policy is exactly how sexual predators get access to their victims. And with Target publicly boasting that men can enter women's bathrooms, where do you think predators are going to go?
No it does not. It simply does not happen. It has not happened.

Tim Wildmon is the idiot son of the organization's founder, Don Wildmon. He seems to have a real problem understanding how things work. Daddy failed at all of his silly boycotts and AFA was designated a hate group in the process. Genius Tim (who is responsible for hiring spokesbigot Bryan Fischer) is only going to repeat the same record of ineptitude.

In 2015 Target had sales of $74 billion and ended the year with a $13 billion net worth. 28 thousand people have signed AFA's idiotic pledge. Many have never shopped at Target. I doubt that Target has much to worry about. Frankly, I am going to get a REDcard and start patronizing the operation.
