Duka and Koski are asking the Superior Court of the State of Arizona to give them a religious exemption to Phoenix's nondiscrimination ordinance. They claim that if they were asked, for example, to create an invitation for a same-sex marriage that would offend their religious beliefs. We all know where this is going. At considerable taxpayer expense this is going to wind its way through the courts. ADF will lose this case at each stop. Eventually they will try to get this before the Supreme Court of the United States which will decline to hear the case as the justices declined to hear Elane Photography v. Willock (Elane was also represented by ADF).
ADF will start raising money off this shortly. I sent an email to Brush and Nib. It will be interesting to see if they respond.
