Can ADF Support Their Claim?

Alliance Defending Freedom, the Christian legal group, has been sending out a flurry of money-begs over the last few days. They all contain the following verbiage:
Your prayers and financial support are critical as we fight to preserve your right to live out your faith without fear of being punished by the government. Your faithfulness is one of the key reasons we've won nearly four out of five of our cases and played an important role in 47 victories at the U.S. Supreme Court.
They sure haven't won a single case where their client violated nondiscrimination laws. ADF represented the photographer, the florist and both of the bakers. I am sure that there are others. I also presume, to a reasonable certainty, that they will lose the pre-enforcement  action in Phoenix (for the invitation maker).

ADF is also representing Kelvin Cochran, the dismissed homophobic former Atlanta fire chief. That case is a dog if “at will” employment means anything.

They have some leeway in the Supreme Court statistic. Over what period of time and what is the definition of “important role?” Is filing an amicus brief, for example, an “important role?”

Evangelical mathematics is an esoteric pursuit.
