Gary Cass engages in illegal campaign activity

Gary Cass, head of the Christian Anti-Defamation Commission, has sent out an email titled “Your Highness Queen Clinton?” I will get to the email in a moment. First, however, Mr. Cass should familiarize himself with IRS regulations:
Under the Internal Revenue Code, all section 501(c)(3) organizations are absolutely prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office. Contributions to political campaign funds or public statements of position (verbal or written) made on behalf of the organization in favor of or in opposition to any candidate for public office clearly violate the prohibition against political campaign activity. Violating this prohibition may result in denial or revocation of tax-exempt status and the imposition of certain excise taxes.
This is nothing new for Mr. Cass. He has adopted the “Dr.” honorific in spite of the fact that his supposed PhD is from an unaccredited diploma mill. Moreover, according to the IRS and the State of California, the name of his organization is Christian Anti-Defamation League. I guess he figured that “commission” sounds official or something which is why the state probably won't allow its use. By the way, according to the Secretary of State of California: The business entity was suspended by the Franchise Tax Board for failure to meet tax requirements (e.g., failure to file a return, pay taxes, penalties, interest).

I will refer this matter to the IRS but, to be honest, they are way understaffed (by Republican design).

Now, about that email:

Cass indulges in a long-winded review of American history, Judaic law, Mosaic law, Biblical law and so on. A scholarly treatise—fascinating no doubt—that arrives at this point:
The case laid out by FBI Director Comey against Hillary Clinton proved gross negligence in violation of our laws. She intentionally put our nation at risk in her attempts to avoid being transparent and accountable. The case against her is so strong that her non-prosecution amounts to the old "divine right" of Queen Clinton. We mere plebeians and peasants would be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
There is no evidence of intent or that Secretary Clinton put the nation at risk. Moreover, there is no evidence that any of this had anything to do with attempting to obfuscate information. Mr. Cass has a vivid imagination. James Comey has an impeccable reputation and was the second highest official at DOJ under President George W. Bush. To impugn his integrity is outrageous, particularly by someone engaging in illegal campaign activity.
