plaintiff Kate Drumgoole, are out of their depth. While I am sure that they have good intentions they are personal injury lawyers. Their cases rarely go to trial — their task is negotiating a settlement. This case deserves experienced civil rights attorneys.
During a one-year period of discovery, the Kleiners intend to interview other employees who are violating the tenets of the faith. That is a good approach but I do not think that they understand that the outcome of this case affects many other people.
