Roy Moore is going to be mightily displeased

Roy Moore
Roy Moore has been ordered to turn over un-redacted memos to the Court of the Judiciary by 5:00 PM Tuesday at the request of the Judicial Inquiry Commission. These became fair game when Mat Staver quoted portions of these memos in Moore's latest response.

This all seems irrelevant. It is obvious that Moore's January, 2016 memo ordered subordinate judges not to issue marriage licenses to gay couples because they had a “ministerial duty” to obey Alabama's law banning same sex marriage. That would be one of the laws that the Supreme Court said were unconstitutional in Obergefell v. Hodges. Moore's judicial career is thankfully at an end.
