Virginia Foxx Reveals the 'Sign From God' to Run for Office

Virginia Foxx
Well now we know. God told Virginia Foxx (R-NC) to run for office. “I have no reason at all to be there except for the hand of God,” Foxx says. According to Foxx she was praying: “I feel too humble to ask for a sign, but if you wanted to give me a sign, dear Lord, I'd appreciate it, Just one is all I need.” She claims that then the phone rang. It was Foxx's pastor calling to say that he was praying for her amid her uncertainty — a call that came at the very moment that she was so desperately seeking answers.

Apparently God gives Foxx a continuing stream of good advice.

Foxx is the nitwit who said — in the presence of Judy Shepherd — “We know that that young man was killed in the commitment of a robbery. It wasn't because he was gay … It is a hoax that continues to be used as an excuse for passing hate crimes bills.” Foxx has a large body of work. It is the ignorance that gets her reelected in North Carolina's 5th Congressional District.
