Trump's lawyers ask for yet another delay in Trump U. trial
The 5½ year saga that is the class action Low v. Trump University is getting close to trial but not until one more attempt by a Trump lawyer to push it back. In spite of knowing for many months that he might have a scheduling conflict, Trump's fourth lawyer in this debacle, Daniel Petrocelli, waited until late Monday to request a delay from November 28 to either December 12 or January 2, 2017 for the start of trial.
Some of the class were conned out of $35,000 and more and they are looking for justice. Trump has done everything possible to wear out plaintiffs by causing them to expend unnecessary legal fees. Judge Curiel is on the spot because not granting the delay could create an issue for appeal.
