Can't Put Anything Past This Hate Group Leader

Mat Staver
About an hour ago I wrote about an ignoramus at LifeSiteNews claiming that a well regarded Israeli study on RNA transcriptions somehow shredded arguments (which do not exist) made by transgender advocates. Now we can welcome Mat Staver to the same party. Invitations must have been sent to the “Hopelessly Asinine” set. According to Staver who heads up the anti-LGBT hate group, Liberty Counsel: “Israeli Researchers Disprove Transgender Propaganda.”

Staver must have read some other nitwit's take on the study because those esteemed Israeli researchers (oy veh) investigated the transmission of genetic instructions via RNA to cell structure and maintenance and how those instructions (“transcripts”) differed between men and women insofar as disease was concerned.

What I said about the LifeSiteNews moron now extends to Mr. Staver. They wouldn't know the difference between DNA instructions and those found on a can of condensed soup. Yet, according to Staver:
A recent study released from Israel's Weizmann Institute of Science refutes propaganda from LGBT activists who detach gender completely from sex and promote that men can become so-called "women" by merely "identifying" as female, and vice-versa.

Professor Shmuel Pietrokovski and Dr. Moran Gershoni, both researchers from the Weizmann Institute's Molecular Genetics Department, "looked closely at around 20,000 protein-coding genes, sorting them by sex and searching for differences in expression in each tissue. They eventually identified around 6,500 genes with activity that was biased toward one sex or the other in at least one tissue, adding to the already major biological differences between men and women."
Given Staver's rather limited intellect I am unable to ascertain whether or not he thinks that the scientists were studying human sexuality. They were not. They were studying disease. As scientists, their opinions about gender dysphoria are probably comparable to mine. As if to prove conclusively that he is an idiot, Staver continues:
Pietrokovski and Gershoni found genes that were highly expressed in the skin of men relative to that in women's skin, and they realized that these were related to the growth of body hair. Gene expression for muscle building was higher in men; that for fat storage was higher in women. Aside from the sexual organs, the researchers discovered quite a few sex-linked genes in the mammary glands, about half which were expressed in men. Because men have fully fitted but basically nonfunctional mammary equipment, the scientists believe that some of these genes might suppress lactation.
I was more polite an hour ago. What the fuck does any of that have to do with gender dysphoria or its treatment through gender affirmation? We agree. Men and women are anatomically different. What form does this supposed “propaganda” take and how does information about a medical condition constitute propaganda?

My late father frequently reminded me that it is pointless to argue with an idiot. I guess that his advice isn't sufficiently ingrained in my rather weird mind. I just cannot get my head around the idea that Staver presupposed that he is proficient in the areas of gene expression and molecular genetics.
