Leave it to the Washington Times to try to legitimize the shithole utterance

Cheryl K. Chumley writes: “Trump haters have their next distraction.” Note the proficiency in mind reading:
Democrats this morning are on a mass tantrum, taking to the media to outdo themselves with the best shock and awe impression they can muster over President Donald Trump’s “sh—hole” comment — the same comment Trump now denies, via Twitter, saying.

Thing is: Democrats really don’t care what Trump said.
Chumley will carry the foulest water for Trump. The fact that Trump is a pathological liar seems irrelevant and Trump's remarks are well confirmed. More importantly people care very much about what Trump said. It is further confirmation that Trump is a racist who cannot help himself when it comes to people of color. What does Chumley think he meant by his reference to Norway?
The left is angry and outraged right now about Trump because they hate the president, and what The Washington Post reported Trump as saying gave a quick and easy manner to call him out as an unfit leader.
Chumley is claiming that we should not be upset at the racist comments because of some other sentiment or because it is convenient or, … what, exactly?
But Tucker Carlson of Fox News had it right when he asked: What’s wrong with saying that?

“The idea that you are not allowed to say that they’re pretty crummy countries — Haiti, for example, or El Salvador, I’ve been in both of them — that’s why people are leaving them to come here,” he said, on his Thursday night Fox News broadcast. “So I don’t understand what the sin is.”
It's not that he called them shitholes that is the issue. It is that he seeks to deny entry from those countries that is at issue. “Norway?” Is there the slightest doubt what the president means?
There’s Democratic hatred, though, and there’s leftist-fueled deep desire to see this president impeached. And that, and that alone, is why all this angst over Trump’s rhetoric. It’s simply food for Democrats to distract from real agendas, in order to chip away at this president’s platform, policies and standing with the American people a bit more.
There certainly is fervor to impeach Trump because of his misbehavior. This is just one addition to the list of unacceptable things that Trump has done. He is not fit to be our president, mentally or intellectually.
