Now he is claiming that NOM has influence over the makeup of the Supreme Court

According to Brian S. Brown: “One Retirement Away.” Most of you can complete the wishful thinking from there.

Reason, logic, veracity and honesty no longer matter when one is a fundamentalist Catholic trying to get people to donate to National Organization for Marriage. I suppose that I might give Mr. Brown some credit for trying but sending out emails asking for money doesn't take much thought.

No indeed. Actually accomplishing something requires a manager to plan, delegate and organize and NOM's history includes no accomplishments of note. That might explain the hyperbole substituting for substance. Anyway, according to Mr. Brown:
… we could be only one retirement away from having a majority on the Supreme Court that could vote to restore marriage to our nation's laws.
Mr. Brown should attempt to understand the concept of stare decisis — a respect for precedent which is fundamental to constitutional stability. He might also explain just why the Court would reverse Obergefell. Under what circumstances would someone have standing to challenge the ruling? What real injury will they have sustained as a result of marriage equality?

We are coming up on three years since Obergefell and Brown has never explained why it should be reversed. Never. Not once.

Mr. Brown seems to forget that even a conservative Court is not going to rule simply for law to conform to the teachings of the Catholic Church. It doesn't work like that. But all that isn't the point. Now is it? You all know what's coming next:
Please help us have the resources we need to influence the future makeup of the Supreme Court, and to move our aggressive agenda forward.
Because NOM is just so influential.
