The masses in South Beach worshiping the sun |
The latest foe of Christendom is Google Home. That's right, Google's voice response bot. According to the marginally sane set at Charisma (via Will Maule at Faithwire):
Google came under fire recently after its smart home device failed to answer the simple question, "Who is Jesus?" Christian Google Home owners were shocked when the Google Home smart speaker adequately answered questions about other religious figures such as Muhammad, Buddha and Satan.“Shocked” mind you that the device doesn't respond in a way that pleases them. These are people who lack the intellectual curiosity of a dandelion yet they are sufficiently inquisitive to query the bot about Jesus, Muhammad, Buddha and, well, Satan. Maule goes on to explain:
"It's kinda scary. It's almost like Google has taken Jesus and God out of smart audio," Tennessee resident David Sams told WJLA.Goddamned terrifying if you ask me. That doesn't even make any sense. These people should start another idiotic boycott. BTW, Target Corp. achieved another 52-week high today.
