Uh oh: "British royal family to hold its first homosexual ‘wedding’"

Mazel tov!
According to those lovely people at LifeSiteNews, notable Calvin Freiburger:
Lord Ivar Mountbatten, third cousin once removed to Queen Elizabeth, has announced he will be “marrying” James Coyle, marking the first same-sex “wedding” in the extended British royal family. Ivar came out as homosexual in 2016, several years after divorcing his wife Penny Mountbatten. The couple had three daughters, who are currently 15, 20, and 22 years old. But despite their divorce, Penny told the UK Daily Mail she’s so supportive of her ex-husband’s current relationship that she’ll be the one to give him away at the ceremony.
This goes on and on, quite harmlessly. That is until the conclusion:
Pro-homosexual activists insist that sexual attraction is biologically rooted and unchangeable. In fact, scientists have been unable to identify a homosexual gene, and many former homosexuals attest that they successfully changed their unwanted sexual desires.
First, let us call it what it is: Sexual orientation. Attraction as a substitute for orientation is a religious construct. The fact that sexual orientation is biologically rooted and immutable is not the work of so-called “pro-homosexual activists.” Not at all. It is the product of a mountain of peer-reviewed research published to respected journals.

The remarkable gay gene bromide (or its absence) is nonsensical. There is no evidence to support the idea that anyone has hunted for a gene associated with sexual orientation. Scientists dismiss the ideas that ancestry or even race can be determined through genetics. The APA has stated that sexual orientation is due to a combination of genetic and environmental factors. In science, “environmental factors” means anything that is not genetic.

Sexual orientation is not binary. Rather, it is a continuum. (so, by the way, is race if you think about it.) There are things that we know about sexual orientation. We know for a fact, for example, that identical twins have a 50% correlation. If one twin is gay, the likelihood that the other is gay is 50% (in contrast to about 5% in the general population). The correlation in fraternal twins is about 25%. There is less correlation with less shared genetic material. We also know that the prevalence of homosexuality increases with the number of male children from the same mother (the male sibling effect). In other words, the more younger brothers one has, the greater the likelihood that he will be gay.

Attributing advocacy to scientific facts that someone doesn't like is childish. It is an indisputable scientific fact that sexual orientation is biological and immutable.
