The hypocrisy of Kavanaugh support vs. scare tactics in opposition to trans accommodations

These same people were indifferent to the credible allegations of sexual abuse by Brett Kavanaugh.

Thursday, American Family Association, an anti-LGBT hate group, provides us with: Campaign to protect children's privacy delivers another push. According to the sanctimonious Christian conservatives:
An organization known as "Keep MA Safe" is urging voters in Massachusetts to repeal a 2016 law allowing anyone – even a convicted sex offender – to claim any gender, regardless of anatomy, and use the bathroom or locker room facility based on the claimed gender.
The purpose of that paragraph is to posit that transgender people, particularly transgender women, pose a danger to others. Additionally, they are claiming that people will pretend to be transgender in order to have access to potential victims of sexual abuse. They assert that people “claim” their gender.

There is no evidence to support any of those scare tactics. Where are all of these threatening transgender people and predatory transgender poseurs? They do not exist.

Yet, these same people were indifferent to the credible allegations of sexual abuse by Brett Kavanaugh.

AFA was a cheerleader for Kavanaugh's confirmation. Their emails featured language like:
Contact your U.S. Senators now. Strongly urge them not to cave to radical leftist political pressure and vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.
Credible allegations of alcohol-fueled sexual assault are “radical leftist political pressure.” However, totally false hyperbole promoting the fear of LGBT people due to transgender accommodations is somehow righteous in their view.

There is nothing ambiguous in AFA's rhetoric:
Keep MA Safe is urging people to vote "No." According to the group, women and children have a right to privacy – and the law, it says, puts them at risk of sexual predators who take advantage of the law.
At the risk of being repetitive, the allegations against Kavanaugh are supported by credible testimony and affidavits. The supposed “sexual predators who take advantage of the law” do not exist. Where are the news or police reports? Why are they not being cited?

What we really need is to be kept safe from these loons who have far too much political power. They are at the very fringes of society and we are at fault for taking them seriously. Kavanaugh only exists to satisfy these crazy people who want license to discriminate against LGBT people and who want to have complete control over women's bodies and choices.

Shame on us!
