Not as dumb as Mad Mat Staver but Horatio Mihet is no genius

Mad Mat Staver (Liberty Counsel) has a post regarding just how terribly unfair the judge has been in the Planned Parenthood vs. David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt trial. Staver claims that “the deck is stacked.” Included is some commentary from Horatio “Harry” Mihet:
AND, even worse, Planned Parenthood is allowed to tell the jury that the videos were "deceptively" or "misleadingly" "EDITED" to provoke outrage against PP. BUT WE ARE PROHIBITED FROM PLAYING THE VIDEOS TO SHOW THAT THIS IS A LIE.
I suspect that the reason that the judge will not allow these videos to be played is the established fact that they have been deceptively edited. What I am trying to figure out is this: How does playing a deceptively edited video demonstrate that it has not been deceptively edited?

Officials in 15 states initiated investigations into claims that are supposedly supported by these videos. None found Planned Parenthood clinics to have sold tissue for profit as alleged by Daleiden's Center for Medical Progress. In 2015 even then Indiana Governor Mike Pence announced that the state's investigation did not find any evidence of wrongdoing in Planned Parenthood's handling of fetal tissue.

In fact, a Texas grand jury ended up indicting Daleiden and Merritt while finding that Planned Parenthood did nothing wrong. Even a House of Representatives Republican investigation found no evidence of wrongdoing by Planned Parenthood.

Sadly, according to a congressional report, research into the Zika virus had been stalled along with investigations into Alzheimer's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, diabetes, and childhood leukemia. These anti-abortion fanatics who had no problem lying their asses off caused a great deal of damage.
